We appreciate your continued loyalty and support as a valued member of the Mazda family. It is with a heavy heart that we write to inform you of a significant development within our organisation. 

After careful consideration and due to various operational challenges, we regret to announce that Mazda Pietermaritzburg will cease the sale of New vehicles from the 1^st August 2024. We will continue to provide parts and service customer vehicles until 31^st January 2025. This decision was made after extensive deliberation and is not one we have taken lightly. 

We understand that Mazda Pietermaritzburg has been a trusted destination for many of our customers, and we want to express our sincere gratitude for your loyalty over the years. Your trust in our brand has meant the world to us, and we are deeply saddened to have to take this step. 

Here are some important details regarding the closure:

1. Service and Support:

2. Warranty:
a. Mazda will honour all warranties issued for vehicles purchased at Mazda Pietermaritzburg, and you will still be able to receive warranty services at authorised Mazda dealerships. Please refer to your warranty documentation for further information. 

3. Vehicle Sales:
a. For those looking to purchase a Mazda vehicle , Please contact Mazda Southern Africa Customer Care on 0860 069 700 or your nearest Mazda Dealer.
